CTS Dining or a Chef’s Table in Spring, is a fine dining experience brought to you by
Chef Michael Hiznay, of Spring Texas, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
The idea behind a Chefs Table is to bring you a fine dining experience using the highest quality, locally sourced, freshest seasonal ingredients, in an intimate setting of 6 persons per seating. You can get away from the restaurant crowd, be with people you know, and have the place all to yourselves. Come as you are and enjoy.
What you get: A thoughtful five course menu created with a theme in mind, such as, Something Southern, based on southern cuisine, prepared and served by the Chef (me). Non alcoholic beverages are provided, Alcohol is B.Y.O.B. Service is polite but informal.
Price: $100. per person inclusive
Seating: Reservations for complete parties of 6 only. Arrive by 7pm finished by 9pm. At this time, we are offering one seating a night
Dietary Restrictions / Substitutions Politely Declined. This is a very small operation and does not have the staff or resources on hand to create menu changes.
